1. Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is provided.

2. Refund Process:

If you wish to initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) if applicable.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase and return authorization number (if provided).
  • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please ensure that the return package is properly sealed and adequately protected to prevent damage during transit.
  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Amount:

Refunds will be processed for the product purchase price minus any applicable shipping charges. If the product was purchased as part of a bundle or promotional offer, the refund amount will reflect the discounted value of the returned product.

4. Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the returned product. The time it takes for the refunded amount to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

5. Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant or product from our range, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. The same eligibility criteria and return process apply to exchanges.
